Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Initiating a Return
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. To start the return process, please login on our website, select Orders at the menu and then My Returns. Click on the ‘New Request’ button and follow the instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will proceed with your refund.
