How Natural are your products?
All our essential oils are 100% Pure & Natural & Natural Derived adhering to ISO 16128 the international standard on Naturality. Our blends do not contain synthetic fragrances, artificial colors, sulfates, and preservatives.
Where are your oils sourced from?
Our ingredients are sourced from all around the world but must meet strict quality criteria. They are brought to Grasse France to be blended before being bottled in the USA. Responsible sourcing values are a key mission. With our farmers and partners we strive to preserve natural ecosystems, promote good agricultural practices (GAP) & improve the livelihood in our farming communities.
Are these oils pure or have fillers and bases?
Livedrops uses only trusted premium and pure ingredients and we apply stringent quality checks from source to bottling to maintain product integrity.
Are there any added preservatives in your essential oils?
We do not add any preservatives to our essential oils or blends.
Are your oils vegan?
Our oils do not contain animal products.
Do your oils contain any Palm Oil?
We do not use palm oil in our products.
Are the oils Gluten Free?
All our ingredients are gluten free.
What is a carrier oil?
Our carrier oil is a naturally derived (and responisbly sourced) blend that can be used to dilute and enhance the spread of our concentrated essential oils (Singles).
What kind of caps do you have?
Our 10ml bottles, including our droppers contain child resistant packaging.
Are these essential oils certified FDA approved?
The product complies to the FDA regulations regarding the manufacture, quality, safety and labelling of the product.

Can these essential oils be added to food?
Livedrops essential oils are for external use only and were not designed to be ingested.
Which oils are safe for pregnancy?

Are your products dilluted?
Livedrops 24/7 essentional oil blends have been diluted for use direct on skin. Livedrops 24/7 essential oil singles must be diluted with a carrier oil. Our recommendation for an optimal experience is to dilute with Livedrops Natural Carrier Oil.
Can you use the oils on your skin? For sensitive Skin?
Livedrops essential oils were designed for the ultimate DIY fragrance experience. When adding directly to skin, we recommend to follow the usage instructions for "skin" on the product label.
Are all products pets safe?
Livedrops essential oils are designed with human safety in mind, please consult with a veterinarian prior to exposing your pets.
Are these hypoallergenic oils?
If you are allergic to certain natural oils, please consult with a doctor prior to use.
Usage
How to use your single essential oils?
Skin: Dilute 2 drops with 5ml / teaspoon of Livedrops Natural Carrier Oil and apply to desired area.
Diffuser: Dilute per manufacturer's instructions.
Bath: Add a few drops in your bath.
How to use your Essential oils blends?
Skin: Apply a few drops to the desired area.
Diffuser: Dilute per manufacturer's instructions.
Bath: Add a few drops to your bath.
Can I use these essential oils in any brand of diffuser?
Livedrops essential oils were designed to be used in any ultrasonic essential oil diffuser that uses water to evaporate the essential oil. However, it is always strongly advised to follow the diffuser manufacturer's instructions to ensure optimal LiveDrops essential oil experience.
Can I mix a little with a carrier oil in the hand for a massage?
Livedrops essential oils and Natural Carrier Oil are designed with consumer safety in mind. It is recommended to pour the carrier oil in the hand, first, and then mix the Livedrops oils per the usage instructions on the label.
Can you add it to a dehumidifier?
Livedrops essential oils were not designed for use in dehumidifiers or humidifiers.
